Terms and Conditions

The following rates and terms apply:

 

Client agrees to pay for any additional additions outside of the original purchase package via PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment processor as agreed to by both parties. The contractor (LSC PR) will send separate invoice via the lscpublicrealtions.com website.

 

The Contractor (LSC PR) will provide the following as per deliverable dates mutually agreed upon within the purchase package.

 

Changes and Revisions

The price at the beginning of this contract is based on the time investment I estimate is needed to accomplish everything you’ve told me you want to achieve with the above listed deliverables. The L. Simone Company, PR will allow changes to the design like colors, pictures, fonts, and verbiages. Changes that require change in business, additional pages, updates, will be accrue an additional fee. If you want to change our arrangement or add anything new, LSC PR provide a separate estimate for that.

After completing Design Questionnaire and Design Criteria Checklist, if the client feels they are not quite ready to proceed with services. The client should email contact.lscpr@gmail.com and request a 30 minute consultation to review next steps. Please note that a hold spot fee of $150 will be accessed if client choose to continue services at a later time. 

 

Legal

I can’t guarantee that my work will be completely error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

 

Copyright

Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement once paid in full, and contractor can sample and reuse only with consent from client. After creation and to maintain partnership with LSC PR, client agrees to keep all LSC PR logos and site footer references for the duration of the website.

 

Payment

Contractor will invoice client on based on the agreed payment plan. Payment shall be completed by client in the total amount of the agreed package. 50% of the project plan + package is nonrefundable, should the client dispute said designs and material created by LSC PR.

 

Termination

This agreement may be terminated with 15 days written notice by either party and include $150 termination fee if the project is more than 50% complete.
